Instructions for Using the Digital City e-Government Website

This website allows you, the citizens of Digital City, 24-hour access to city services.

Your browser must be configured to accept cookies to conduct business on this site. Most browsers default to accept cookies. This site uses temporary cookies that will expire after 20 minutes of browser inactivity. Check your browser's help for information on cookies.

Pay Bills Without Logging In

You may pay your bills without logging in, provided you have a current city invoice number. Select 'Pay City Bill' from the menu. You must log in to view personal account information, see bills by account or pay by ACH.

After searching and finding outstanding bills:

  1. Mark the bills to pay by placing a check mark in the 'Pay?' column.
  2. Add additional bills by searching for other invoice numbers below the list.
  3. Click 'Calculate' to view the total payment for all selected items.
  4. Click 'Checkout' to calculate total payment and proceed to checkout.
  5. Click 'Abort Payments' to abort transactions and return to the e-Government greeting page where you can start over or logout.

Pay Bills and View Personal Account Information (Login Required)

Enter your Customer Number and PIN Number to login.

The first time you login, you will be asked for your E-mail address. A new PIN Number will be sent to the E-mail address you entered. Wait a short period and then check your incoming email for your new PIN. This is a one time procedure to ensure your privacy. After this, your PIN should only change if you change it. Remember this PIN Number is only valid until 6:00am EST.

Login again, using your new PIN. After you are logged in with the new PIN number, you may change your PIN at anytime from the 'Change PIN Number' menu option. If you forget your PIN number, go to the 'Forgot PIN' link to have it E-mailed to you.

On the 'Pay Bills' page, you will see a list of outstanding bills for this account number only.

To pay outstanding bills:

  1. Mark the bills to pay by placing a check mark in the 'Pay?' column
  2. Add additional bills by searching for other ticket numbers or invoice numbers below the list.
  3. Click 'Checkout' to calculate total payment and proceed to checkout.
  4. Click 'Abort Payments' to abort transactions and return to the e-Government greeting page where you can start over or logout.

Checkout Information

You may pay by Credit Card (VISA or MasterCard), Quick Check or by ACH (if available).

Select the Payment Method in the drop-down box. Quick Check is a one-time only electronic check. If you have an ACH on file with the City and you are logged in, the ACH-XXXX option will appear in the payment method drop-down box.

  1. Click 'Submit' to proceed.
  2. Click 'Abort Payments' to abort transactions and return to the e-Government greeting page.
  3. Click 'Edit Items' to add, remove or change invoices payments.

If payment information is requested, enter the information in the form. If you are logged in as user, you may choose the billing address from the drop-down box and click the 'Select' button. If you are a Guest or your billing address is not listed, please enter all your information. All fields are required, except the second line of the address.

Review your invoice and information and then submit payment. If desired, print a copy of the Transaction Complete page for you records. You will receive a confirmation E-mail for your transaction.

Please logout after completing your transaction. After 20 minutes of browser inactivity, you will be automatically logged out.
